美国总统川普宣布美国退出66个国际组织，其中包括31个联合国相关实体。这是美国最新一次退出国际机构，国务卿卢比欧（Marco Rubio）表示，这些组织被川普政府视为浪费、低效、有害的国际组织，且对其他国际组织的审查还在进行中。

川普又退群　批机构管理不善且毫无必要

根据卢比欧发布的声明，川普政府退出的这些国际机构功能重复、管理不善、多余且毫无必要，浪费资源，或是被与美国利益相悖的有心人士控制，威胁美国国家主权、自由和整体繁荣。

卢比欧表示，川普总统的立场非常明确，已无法再接受把美国人民的血汗钱投入这些机构，却几乎得不到任何回报，“纳税人数十亿美元流向外国势力损害国人利益的日子已经结束了”。

白宫指出，这些机构推动“激进的气候政策、全球治理，以及与美国主权与经济实力相冲突的意识形态计划”。根据白宫发布的备忘录，名单如下：
