朝鲜中央通信社（KCNA）指出，金正恩昨天在平壤主持党政军联合会议时，发表了上述评论。
报道表示，会议通报了朝鲜人民军总政治局前组织副局长朴喜哲（Pak Hui Chol）及其同伙的贪腐情事。Cartoline dalla Corea del Nord.

根据朝鲜中央通信社，朴喜哲收受“巨额贿赂”且“私生活糜烂”，因此执政党已免去其党中央领导机构职务，并移送司法单位处理。
金正恩在会中表示：“这是违反党纪建设方针的政治犯罪，蓄意侵吞与掠夺国家和人民的利益。”
在朝鲜专制且不透明的政府体制中，最高领导人亲自公开谴责高阶官员的情况相当罕见。
